I thought they would take me away, so I got married soon. These are some of the signs we can perceive in our bodies of serious illness. Similar to chest pain, abdominal pain can have many different causes, which makes it difficult. It can mean something as harmless as an upset stomach from eating certain foods. On the other hand, constant abdominal pain could be a sign of something much more serious, like gastrointestinal disease or cancer. Be aware of the duration and severity of your abdominal pain and respond accordingly. Abdominal pain can sometimes be accompanied by bowel problems, so you should pay attention to that too. This has nothing to do with exercise-induced dyspnea. Rather, shallow and rapid breathing could be a sign of heart or lung disease. Immediate shortness of breath may indicate its cause. For example, if shortness of breath comes on suddenly, it could be a sign of asthma, low blood pressure, or a pulmonary embolism. Persistent or chronic shortness of breath can be a sign of COPD, pulmonary edema (fluid in the lungs), or other lung diseases. An unusual rash appearing on the skin may also represent some kind of internal problem or infection. For example, people can develop a rash due to an allergy to a new situation. Be sure to see your pharmacist if you develop an unexplained rash soon after taking a new medicine. If the rash is accompanied by other symptoms, such as body aches or fever, seek medical attention. Additionally, unexpected new growths on the skin can be a telltale sign of skin cancer. If any of these appear, be sure to have them checked by a dermatologist. Prevention is better than cure.
